Ahead of the upcoming Tripura Assembly polls, TMC leader Sushmita Dev said that one can't operate in the state if they don't have "josh". "I believe we have the right narrative and if voters can reach the booths, TMC will have all their blessings," Dev said. She added that West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee is a "brand".
