The Kerala High Court on Monday allowed a cat owner to go out to buy food for his cats amid the coronavirus lockdown. "We helped avoid a CATastrophe in the petitioner's home," said the court order. The cat-owner had filed a petition in the Kerala High Court, challenging the refusal by police to issue vehicle pass for buying pet food.
