Former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh was on Wednesday questioned for eight hours by CBI regarding the corruption allegations against him, an official said. As per the reports, Deshmukh denied the allegations and told the officers that they were an attempt to malign the state government's image. The allegations were levelled by former Mumbai Police chief Param Bir Singh.
