When asked if he had any message for people of Jammu and Kashmir, state's Additional Director General of Police Munir Khan said, "Everything is in place. Celebrate 15th August, 'dabake' (with vigour and fervour)." While talking about the preparations in the state for the Independence Day, Khan said, "All arrangements are in place to ensure peaceful celebrations across the state."
