Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu urged Election Commission to count votes through Voter-verified paper audit trail (VVPAT) instead of EVMs. "Officials will count EVMs first then will check 5% of EVMs with VVPAT. If any discrepancy is found, then they'll take VVPAT count as final," he said. Naidu added that he feels counting EVMs is a more complicated process.
