NATO has seen "signs" that China is "considering and may be planning" to send arms to Russia to help in its war in Ukraine, the alliance's chief Jens Stoltenberg said. "That's the reason why the US and other allies have been very clear, warning against that. And China should of course not support Russia's illegal war," he added.
