Tesla CEO Elon Musk in his address at the 2021 World New Energy Vehicle Congress in China said Chinese automakers are the "most competitive in the world". He added China is the "largest and the most dynamic new energy vehicle market". Musk said he is confident Tesla can achieve full self-driving with "10 times higher safety" than average human driver.
