Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said Congress has refused to form an alliance with AAP for LS polls in Delhi. He added, "Media reports about talks between AAP and Congress have been planted by Congress." Amid reports claiming some Congress leaders supported the alliance, Delhi Congress' Sheila Dikshit reportedly told party chief Rahul Gandhi it would harm Congress' prospects.
