Punjab Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu on Wednesday said the Congress' win in the Assembly elections of three states will change the "picture and fate" of the country. The win has opened the doors of prosperity for farmers and employment for youth, Sidhu added. He said the poll results have laid a foundation for change on political front in the country.
