The number of coronavirus cases in India has reached 77,06,946 as 55,839 people tested positive in the last 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The coronavirus death toll in the country has risen to 1,16,616, while 68,74,518 coronavirus patients have been discharged. Out of the total cases, 7,15,812 are active.
