Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Monday said the state government has created at least half of the 25 lakh jobs promised when it assumed office in 2016. "We will achieve the target before the term is over [in 2021]", he added. The state is seeing good reception on investments from startups, IT and tourism sector establishments, he further said.
