South Africa's 22-year-old fast bowler Lungi Ngidi has been ruled out of the Indian Premier League 2019 after sustaining an injury in the fifth ODI against Sri Lanka. Ngidi had picked up 11 wickets in seven matches he played in the IPL last year. Chennai Super Kings had bought the 22-year-old pacer for ₹50 lakh at the 2018 IPL auction.
