Chennai-based Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant has raised ₹260 crore from private equity firm CX Partners. Post the round, the business is valued at ₹600 crore, as per reports. This is the first time Dindigul has raised a private equity round. Notably, Dindigul is planning to raise an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the next three years, according to reports.
