An FIR has been lodged against members of Dalit outfit Valmiki Kranti Dal for allegedly manhandling a priest and forcing him out of a Hanuman temple on Tuesday. Meanwhile, police have been deployed at the temple as a preventive measure. This comes after Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, while campaigning in poll-bound Rajasthan, said that Lord Hanuman was a Dalit.
