At least 21 people have been arrested by the Railway Protection Force (RPF) for allegedly being involved in vandalism and arson during the anti-CAA protests in West Bengal, Assam and Bihar. An official said damages worth ₹88 crore will be recovered from them. The Government Railway Police registered 27 cases and RPF filed 54 cases over damage of railway property.
