Delhi government on Tuesday notified a scheme to provide financial assistance to the families that lost an earning member due to COVID-19. Under the policy, apart from the one-time payment of ₹50,000, a sum of ₹2,500 per month will be given to the families. One member of the family will also be considered for enrolment as a civil defence volunteer.
