Delhi High Court has allowed a high-powered committee constituted by AAP government to probe alleged shortage of oxygen as reason behind the deaths during the second COVID-19 wave. Delhi government's decision to set up the panel was earlier stayed by the Lieutenant Governor. Delhi government said the panel will not attribute blame on anyone and government will pay the compensation.
