Delhi High Court on Tuesday dismissed the interim bail plea of Christian Michel, one of the main arrested in AgustaWestland VVIP chopper scam by the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate. Michel had sought the bail citing coronavirus scare inside the Tihar jail where he is lodged, said Justice Mukta Gupta. The 59-year-old Michel claimed that his health condition was critical.
