Hotel Arpit Palace in Delhi's Karol Bagh, where at least 17 people have died in the fire that broke out on Tuesday, was booked by a wedding party. Most of the people were asleep when the fire broke out. Reportedly, a woman and a child died while trying to escape by jumping through the window of the five-storey hotel.
