Police arrested a 43-year-old man in possession of 300 kilograms of illegal firecrackers in Delhi's Shyam Vihar area. "It was also revealed...the same person was arrested last year in the same season while selling the banned firecrackers," police said. "The accused disclosed...he had procured firecrackers from Gurugram and was selling at higher rates to earn huge profit," police added.
