Delhi Police head constable Mukesh Kumar was arrested for allegedly being drunk during a raid in Bihar on Monday. Kumar was part of a team that went to Bihar to arrest a 19-year-old man who eloped with a 17-year-old girl. He reportedly created a ruckus at the house where the teenagers were found, following which the Excise Department was informed.
