Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal reviewed Yamuna Boat Tourism and Ferry Infrastructure Development Project, aimed at introducing recreational cruises and ferry services in Delhi. The project, located upstream of Wazirabad Barrage between Sonia Vihar and Jagatpur, is being developed at a cost of ₹20 crore. It seeks to boost green tourism and enhance connectivity through eco-friendly river travel.
