Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain has said if Delhi's COVID-19 positivity rate remains below 4% for five days straight, it'll "successfully combat the outbreak". "The positivity rate has become less than 5% as compared to the surge since November 7. [This] is a sign of relief as it points to perpetual decline of the pandemic's effect in Delhi," he added.
