The Delimitation Commission tasked with redrawing the assembly constituencies of Jammu and Kashmir finalised the delimitation order for the Union Territory. As per the final Delimitation Order, the Assembly constituencies have been increased to 90, of which 43 will be part of Jammu region and 47 of Kashmir region. Nine seats have been reserved for STs and seven for SCs.
