Deserve more relief: Cyrus Mistry moves SC over NCLAT order

Cyrus Mistry has moved Supreme Court seeking removal of "anomalies" in NCLAT's December 18 order, saying that his family-run Shapoorji Pallonji Group which owns 18.4% stake in Tata Sons, deserved more relief from the tribunal. Mistry has sought proportionate representation on Tata Sons board to ensure that the group's interests and investments are protected.
