'Moti Bagh', a documentary film based on the struggle of a farmer named Vidyadutt living in Uttarakhand's Pauri Garhwal region, has been selected as an entry to Oscars 2019. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat on Tuesday congratulated the director, Nirmal Chander Dandriyal. The film, Rawat said, will inspire youth to stay in their villages and work for their communities.
