Retirement fund body, Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has asked employers not to fire employees or cut their salaries amid the 21-day lockdown, the Economic Times reported. The fund body had also asked field offices to speed up disposal of online requests for provident fund members in financial distress to apply online to utilize non-refundable advance.
