Dr Kafeel Khan has been booked under the National Security Act for allegedly making inflammatory remarks during a CAA protest at Aligarh Muslim University in December. Khan was arrested on January 29 and is currently lodged in Mathura jail despite being granted bail on Monday. Dr Khan had allegedly said CAA will give "employment to thieves" stealing in our neighbourhood.
