The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) moved the Supreme Court against an order of the Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) quashing a case against two Adani Group companies, The Economic Times reported. The case pertains to over-invoicing allegations levelled by the DRI against Adani Power Maharashtra Limited (APML) and Adani Power Rajasthan Limited (APRL).
