The Delhi High Court on Monday stayed an order by Directorate General of Health Services banning the sale, manufacture, distribution, trade, import and advertisement of e-cigarettes and vapes. It said the products do not fall within the definition of a "drug" as per Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. The next hearing over the same is scheduled for May 17.
