Economists on Tuesday raised concerns over a sharp slowdown in the country's economy at a meeting with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das, as per reports. They further pitched for a monetary policy boost to support growth, reports added. This comes as India's economy grew by 6.6% during the October-December period, the slowest growth in five quarters.
