Mexican drug lord Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán, accused of trafficking billions of dollars worth of drugs into the US, was found guilty on all 10 counts against him. The 61-year-old, who's been standing trial in federal court since November, now faces life imprisonment in the US. He escaped twice from maximum-security Mexican prisons before his final capture in January 2016.
