Delhi government on Wednesday decided to issue e-passes for people associated with essential services to commute during the lockdown. CM Arvind Kejriwal said people ensuring essential services such as milk sellers, vegetable vendors and grocers can call on 1031 to get the passes on their mobile phones. Kejriwal also announced a helpline number, 011-23469536, for harassment complaints.
