Etihad Airways, which holds a 24% stake in Jet Airways, has confirmed it didn't lodge an Expression of Interest (EoI) to reinvest in Jet Airways due to unresolved issues concerning the airline's liabilities. Etihad added, "It was neither feasible for nor responsible of Etihad to reinvest in Jet Airways at this time." The deadline to submit EoIs was August 10.
