PDP leader Waheed Para was granted bail in a terror conspiracy case by the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh on Wednesday. "The evidence as is gathered by the prosecution is too sketchy to be believed prima facie true," said the court. The bench cited the Supreme Court's recent ruling on sedition while granting the relief.
