Former Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Pravin Togadia launched a political party, Hindusthan Nirman Dal, on Saturday. Speaking at the party's launch, Togadia said if voted to power, construction of Ram temple will begin within a week. Taking a dig at BJP, he added, "Presently, BJP is in power from panchayat to Parliament...still Ram Temple hasn't been built in Ayodhya."
