Facebook has announced two new tools to support researchers in combating spread of coronavirus. Its 'Disease Prevention Maps' is offering aggregated and anonymous data about users' movements to better understand how population dynamics influence the spread of disease. In US, Facebook launched a survey for users to report their symptoms to help researchers plan where resources are needed.
