Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while speaking at the inauguration of India's first National Museum of Indian Cinema (NMIC), said that Indian films have played an important role in India's soft power. "Our films are immensely popular outside the country too," he added. PM Modi further said that he has met world leaders who could recite entire lyrics of Indian songs.
