Digital payment startup Instamojo has acquired Times-Internet owned digital commerce startup GetMeAShop for $5 million. This is Instamojo's first acquisition since its launch in 2012, with which it expects to increase its non-payments revenue from 20% to 40%-50% of the total revenue. Till now, Instamojo has raised over $10 million in funding from Kalaari Capital, Blume Ventures, among others.
