​Six former and current employees of wearable device maker Fitbit were ​hit with a federal indictment for possessing trade secrets stolen from their former rival employer Jawbone. The employees could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted. Jawbone had earlier sued Fitbit in 2015 alleging it attempted to recruit nearly a third of its employees.
