OBC leader Alpesh Thakor, who recently quit as Congress MLA after casting his vote for BJP candidates in Rajya Sabha by-poll in Gujarat, on Thursday joined BJP in presence of Gujarat party chief Jitu Vaghani. Thakor's close aide and former Congress MLA Dhavalsinh Zala also joined BJP. "We were always deceived after joining Congress party," Thakor had earlier said.
