Jitendra Gupta, former Managing Director of Naspers' fintech arm PayU's India unit, has been appointed to New Delhi-based fintech startup BharatPe's board. He will be joining BharatPe Co-founders Ashneer Grover and Shashvat Nakrani, Sequoia's Harshjit Sethi and Beenext's Teruhide Sato on the board. Gupta had co-founded Citrus Pay in 2011, which was later acquired by PayU India for $130 million.
