Former Supreme Court judge Justice Satya Brata Sinha passed away on Tuesday at the age of 75, following age-related ailments, his family said. He was appointed as a judge of the SC in October 2002 and had retired in August 2009. Born in Jharkhand's Dhanbad, Justice Sinha had completed his Bachelor of Laws from Chotanagpur Law College.
