Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday announced that rides on DTC and cluster buses would be free of cost for women from October 29. He said it is a gift for women on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. Kejriwal made the announcement while addressing the Delhi government's Independence Day event at Chhatrasal Stadium.
