Gangster Lakha Sidhana, who is wanted by Delhi Police in connection with the violence on Republic Day, was spotted at a rally in Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh's ancestral village on Tuesday. Sidhana had last week issued a call for the gathering in Bathinda's Mehraj village. Delhi Police had earlier announced a ₹1-lakh reward for information on his whereabouts.
