A video has surfaced online which shows Goa BJP MLA Glenn Souza Ticlo and BJP councillor Francisco Carvalho attending a party in a hotel on Sunday. Someone in the video is heard saying, "Special guest in the house...for lockdown party" as Ticlo enters. On the same day, Goa CM Pramod Sawant urged citizens to follow social distancing and avoid celebrations.
