Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Rane on Wednesday said the first COVID-19 patient in the state has recovered and will be discharged soon. "The patient will further be kept under monitored quarantine for 14 days as per protocol before final discharge," Rane added. This has brought the total number of COVID-19 positive cases in the state to six, he said.
