At its 'Google for India' event on Thursday, the company announced its virtual assistant will also be available to people who have the most basic cellphone with no internet access. A 24×7 telephone line on Vodafone-Idea telecom networks could be dialled by users to access the service. Google said it's been testing the line in Lucknow and Kanpur.
