Family of a Delhi couple who bled to death after getting trapped in a mangled car on Delhi-Mumbai expressway have questioned public and government apathy. "We were told that National Highways Authority of India patrol vehicles pass every hour. How did they not see the crushed car?" asked a relative. The couple were trapped in the car for eight hours.
