In what he called his last Lok Sabha speech, former PM HD Deve Gowda rejected BJP's claims that a "grand alliance government" will create chaos and said the coalition government led by him from 1996-97 had proved it can work. The 85-year-old JD(S) leader asserted that he has spent 57 years in public life in state and national politics.
